Simple Greek-Style Salad

No dressing needed! Fresh ingredients provide all the flavor. So simple, so delicious!

STEP 1: Gather your ingredients. Get creative with flavors you enjoy! Here are some suggestions: Romain lettuce, Persian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, yellow bell pepper, olives, avocado, all-purpose Greek seasoning, lemon, and feta.

STEP 2: Wash your produce. We recommend using the ENJO Fruit & Veggie Cloth. Once clean, chop your lettuce, dice the cucumbers and peppers, slice the red onion and avocado, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

STEP 3: Add the chopped salad and all the sliced and diced veggies to a large bowl and toss with all-purpose Greek seasoning and the juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon. Top with Feta and enjoy!
