Mango Salsa - Fresh, Vibrant, and FULL of Flavor!

This Mango Salsa is as beautiful as it is delicious. The vibrant colors will catch anyone's eye and it is chock-full of flavor. This works on its own as a fabulous snack or appetizer served with tortilla chips, or can be added to a variety of dishes, like fish, chicken, beef, or salad to bring dinner to the next level. So delicious and SO easy!!

Mango Salsa |
2 Ripe Mangos - Cubed |
1-2 Ripe, but firm Avocados - Cubed |
1/4 Red Onion finely diced |
1 Red Bell Pepper finely diced |
1/2 - 1 Jalapeno to taste (remove seeds to lessen heat) |
Juice of 1-2 Fresh Limes |
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro - roughly chopped |
Salt & Pepper to taste |
STEP 1: Clean and chop all ingredients. Combine into a large bowl and mix gently.
STEP 2: That's it! ENJOY!!! Serve with tortilla chips, or try it with our Grilled Flank Steak or Seared Salmon!
